...Scary.
Anyway, yeah, this is Nevada-tan (or does she have an actual name?) and her trademark box-cutter (the thing she's licking). I wanted to try a different style, as in block shading, but it didn't really work...
And the red parts look like they were rendered with Crayola marker...
